general medical literature for busy clinicians.
The twelve-member physician Editorial Board
prepares concise summaries of the most important research appearing in the
medical literature across all specialties.
The 50 journals covered by the Journal Watch
editors include general medical as well as specialty journals in order to
provide a broad range of coverage.
The summaries are derived from the close
reading of the original research, strenuous fact-checking, and clear,
concise editing. The editors then include their expert commentary at the end
of each summary, putting the research into perspective for practicing
clinicians.
